Celebrating Resurrection Sunday

Breakfast: colorful Easter eggs, fresh baked strusel muffins, mixed fruit, coffee, juice

I remembered to take a picture before the last few eggs were gobbled up

my favorite egg~ J drew on a cross and tomb scene and dyed green grass on the bottom, blue sky on top

Off to worship at our early morning Sunday service

(tears of disappointment from the children that there was no Sunday School scheduled for this morning)

Easter egg hunt in the back yard

After a while, D decided it was more interesting to enjoy and pick God's creation (dandelions) instead of plain ole' plastic Easter eggs

Home made lunch:
delectable ham, baked potatoes, broccoli/apple salad, muffins, Dad's special fizzy lime drink

Restful afternoon/ family time (naps included!)

Strawberry shortcake, home-made chocolate covered peanut butter Easter eggs
