Googled towns along our route and found these free/interesting things to do on our "restroom stops":
- Free fire station museum
- Antique carousel ($1/person)
- Wild Flower Garden--free
- Nature trails by canyon walls/waterfalls/rapids--free
- Cabella's (clean restrooms and fun to look around!)
Also, we printed off a map of the U.S. for each member of the family. We will color each state for which we see a licence plate.
We are off to experience wonderful togetherness as a family... good fellowship...and God's amazing creation. Hope to post pictures upon our return!
